We are inviting an experienced and driven Office Administrator to join our growing international team in Johannesburg, South Africa. The office administrator ensures effective and efficient running of our company's day-to-day office operations.

As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the office, providing administrative support to various departments (such as HR, Logistics, Finance) maintaining office supplies and equipment.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Coordinate office activities and daily operations as well as manage reception area
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary for team members
  • Maintain office filing systems and databases
  • Process and track office expenses
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

  • Have 3-5 years experience working as an office administrator within a structured corporate environment
  • Have the ability to prioritise and work, with little supervision and be motivated to provide the best support to our team
  • Are detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Are reliable and punctual
  • Have proven experience as an office administrator, or relevant role
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Are familiar with office management procedures
  • Are proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Hold a Bachelor's qualification in office administration or relevant field.
