Duties & Responsibilities

Field Sales Insurance

Sales/ Productivity

• Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.

Personal Effectiveness

• Accountable for service delivery through own efforts
• Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality over periods of 1 day to a maximum of three months
• Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills
• Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results
• Accepts and lives the company values

Relationship Building

• Establish sound working relationships and maximises opportunities with prospective clients
• Uses appropriate interpersonal and communication techniques to gain client acceptance

Worksite Allocation

• Works in specific allocated markets
• Works with a specific product

Key Performance Indicators

• Number of customers seen a week;
• Number of policies sold a week;
• Number of policies that pay (deduct) per month
• Number of policies that drop off (do not pay 1st premium)

Desired Experience & Qualification

What do we need from you?

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• 6-12 months sales/retails sales experience
• Previous Working experience in Financial Industry advantageous
• A clear criminal and credit check
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Proven computer literacy (MS Office suite)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Package & Remuneration

Base Pay R 3500
Medical Aid Allowance R1080
Employer Contribution: Retirement R420

This amount excludes incentives which are based on your personal performance (bonus rules).
