About the position
- 3 - 5 Year receptionist experience
- Dental practice experience will be preferable.
- Must be able to handle pressure as the environment is pressurised.
- Must be immediately available and prepared to work on a Temporary assignment.
Job Description:
- Manage telephone calls
- Manage appointment book
- Complete logbox
- Open and update pasient files
- Taking notes and relay information
- Communicate with Laboratory regarding job specs
- Daily bookkeeping of payments and receipts
- Follow up on appointments
- Communicate with medical aids
- Manage Medical authorisation codes for appointments
- Handle account queries
- Age analysis of overdue accounts
Desired Skills:
- Dental office experience
- Scheduling
- Computer Skills
