THE ROLE

Marie Stopes is looking for a Medical Receptionist for its Sandton Clinic.
Responsibilities would include the efficient day-to-day running of the clinic and ensuring that clients visiting the facility receive outstanding high-quality and client-focused care. Working collaboratively with the clinical team; ensuring the smooth running of the clinic's daily bookings; ensuring that client records are maintained within agreed standards; ensuring that adequate stock records are maintained and that all financial checks and balances are adhered to at all times, form part of the job description.

ABOUT YOU

• You are Pro-Choice
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum 10 years' work experience in a similar role in a hospital/doctor's practice
• Client-focused, client centric skills and experience
• Computer literate - MS Office suite (Word & Excel)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
• Sound understanding of the sexual and reproductive healthcare sector.

REMUNERATION
Market related salary commensurate with background and experience

WORKING HOURS

Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays
