About the position

RevOps and Marketing Specialist (Cape Town, Hybrid)

The role is a combination of RevOps Execution as well as Marketing Specialist.

Your main responsibility is focused on Lead Generation within the revenue function of a fast-growing scale-up SAAS company looking to grow its international client base.

What you'll be doing

You will look after and build out the automated lead generation engine for the various ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles)

You will focus on specifically targeted outbound lead generation in bulk via email, outreach sequences, maintaining target lists as well as:

• Campaign execution and maintenance
• Campaign reporting
• Generate marketing content specifically LinkedIn (in the short term)
• Lead generation via product-led content and marketing
• Consistently creating engaging content together with the in-house graphic designer.
• Posting it to socials in line with ICPs on a weekly basis
• Lead generation via SEO and content marketing
• Lead generation via paid advertising (including Google, LinkedIn etc)

What you will need

• Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar role within a SAAS software company
• Experience in working in a software B2B company (compulsory)
• Experience working with the following technologies (or similar) would be highly advantageous:
• Apollo
• HubSpot
• Meet Alfred
• LinkedIn
• Databox
• Google Adwords
• Linkedin Ads
• CRM experience

Excellent Organisational and planning skills, time management and a professional approach.
