Marketing Assistant Position
Requirements: Female

We are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Assistant to join our team working in a fast-paced environment,
to play a crucial role in assisting in development and execution of marketing campaigns and contributing to overall performance of marketing department.
The ideal candidate has a positive, can-do attitude, with a passion for marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Computer proficiency - MS Office.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of lead generation digital marketing campaigns - social media, blogs, google ads.
  • Design marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletter, brochures the ability to apply brand guidelines in all designs.
  • Assist in creating social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and identify opportunities for increased engagement and brand visibility.
  • Assist in maintaining our company websites, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
  • Design & write compelling copy for email newsletters.
  • Assist in coordinating internal & external events.
  • Admin, sourcing quotes and filing invoices.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 Years of experience preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practises & latest trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Website Administration (WordPress).
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a team within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Deadline-driven.
