Skills and Experience:
- Relevant insurance/adjusting qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ adjustment of large and technically challenging commercial property claims. This can include engineering, structures, fire and other claims.
- The ability to understand complex circumstances and then be able to report them concisely.
- Sound computer, written, and numerical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional levels of service to our clients and their customers.
- Proactively manage a file load, meet individual performance targets and deliver a high standard of work.
- Investigate and report on the facts of incidents giving rise to insurance claims.
- Gathering and preserving evidence.
- Establish the cause of loss.
- Appointing and managing the appointment of other parties.
- Determining policy liability and providing recommendations to clients.
- Quantifying the nature and extent of damage and policy response.
- Contributing to the further growth and success of the branch.
