Legal Secretary - VAF

About the position

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with a specialization in Vehicle Asset Finance to join an esteemed national law firm in Brooklyn.
The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the legal processes in Vehicle Asset Finance and will provide pivotal administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence related to Vehicle Asset Finance.
Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys in the Vehicle Asset Finance division.
Maintain client confidentiality and ensure that all interactions comply with the firm's ethics and professional standards.

Requirements:
Minimum of Matric or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience as a legal secretary, within the Vehicle Asset Finance sector.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
