About the position
Our client, an esteemed Advocate is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary, to join him and assist with PA/administrative duties.
Requirements:
Matric
5yrs legal secretarial experience is required
Transcribing from a Dictaphone
Accurate/Fast typing speed
MS Office literate
Responsibilities:
PA to the Advocate
Typing various legal documents such as affidavits, heads of arguments, letters etc.
Office administration
Management of the practice
Excellent verbal and written communication
Detail orientated
Confidentiality
Ability to work independently.
Multitasking
