Job Title: Key Accounts Manager - Mining Industry
Location: Gauteng
Job Type: Full-time
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join their team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, specifically within the mining sector. This role will involve managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in the mining industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets within the mining sector
- Identify and target key accounts within the mining industry
- Build strong relationships with key clients and understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in the mining sector
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Water Treatment Process Environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events
Benefits:
