Junior Service Engineer - Refrigeration
Area: Roodepoort, Gauteng
Package: R15000 negotiable plus R2k travel allowance, Car Insurance, fuel and tools of the trade
Position Description:
A supplier of laboratory equipment is seeking to employ a Service Engineer who could attend to laboratory equipment including refrigeration products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Servicing of equipment on site and in the workshop
• Ensure services are completed with the highest level of skill
• Offer customers total solutions to their requirements
• Promote service assessments on all supplied products
• Service products to full working capacity
• Pro-actively utilize service manuals to maintain best technical practices
• Maintain accuracy in troubleshooting and faultfinding at all times
• Provide regular feedback on activities, quotes and orders to customers
• Ensure all administrative reports are completed in a timeous and accurate manner
• Handle and clean all products in accordance with Company Policy
• High efficiency is required turnaround times and in driving technical assessments

Qualification and Requirements:

• Applicable Technical qualification (Refrigeration)
• 2 years' experience in a similar position (field work, Replacement of parts, fault finding).
• Valid driver's licence with own vehicle
• Valid passport advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to trouble shoot.
