- Sales Generation: Achieve sales targets with a focus on profitability.
- Business Development: Conduct cold calls, canvass for new business, and follow up on leads and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Regularly visit clients, prepare quotations, place orders, and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Marketing Activities: Implement and monitor marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Process Adherence: Follow company processes and systems, maintaining accurate and comprehensive reporting.
- Team Player: Collaborate and contribute to the overall success of the team in any capacity required.
- Professionalism: Maintain decorum and excellent manners to uphold a positive reputation.

Performance Targets:
- Make 10 completed phone calls daily to potential clients (only counted when reaching the decision-maker / Technician), recorded on Bitrix.
- Schedule and conduct a minimum of 5 meetings every two weeks, accurately recorded on Bitrix.
- Achieve an average monthly turnover of R50,000.00 for the first 6 months and R100,000.00 for the following 6 months.
