About the position

Coactivate is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have a professional manner and excellent people skills to fill the roles of Junior Coach

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Relevant training / facilitation qualifications - advantageous
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in a Coaching / Training Facilitator role - advantageous
  • Telecoms sales experience is essential
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent coaching techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
  • Good sales track record
  • Ability to identify individual and team training needs
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to operate under pressure
  • Must be punctual and have good attendance
  • Must be well disciplined and have a positive attitude
