About the position
Coactivate is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have a professional manner and excellent people skills to fill the roles of Junior Coach
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant training / facilitation qualifications - advantageous
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a Coaching / Training Facilitator role - advantageous
- Telecoms sales experience is essential
- Proven leadership abilities
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent coaching techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
- Good sales track record
- Ability to identify individual and team training needs
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to operate under pressure
- Must be punctual and have good attendance
- Must be well disciplined and have a positive attitude
