Requirements:

NQF level # 5 in HRD / ETDP

5 years experience in HRD / training and development field

Good oral and written communication skills

In depth understanding of the NQF & SAQA

Understand principles of education, training and development

Ability to do on-the-job coaching, mentoring and training

Ability to present / deliver training modules

Good facilitation and presentation skills

Ability to liaise with all levels throughout the organisation

High level of computer literacy

Qualified assessor

Experience in the food industry an advantage

 

Role and Responsiblities:

Develop and align training and development documents and deliver / facilitate training

Curriculum development (on Machinery and Maintenance thereof)

Training delivery

Evaluate learning programs

Administration
