Resolved site calls within SLA.

Site user support of the Group Five desktops, laptops, printers, and voice equipment (software and hardware).

Remote Incident resolution through approved operational tools.

Ensure VC at the respective sites is working properly and regularly tested.

Assist Back Office Systems Administrators where required.

Client Focused.

Manage the tidiness of site server room.

Ensure site checklists are completed where required.

Manage IT maintenance schedules where required.

Travel to remote satellite sites where required.

 

Strong knowledge and experience on IT networks, hardware, software including shared network resources and electronic mail. Past experience on outsourced IT accounts.

Following skill set would be advantageous:

HP Desktop/Laptop products.

Printer Experience

Microsoft Products i.e. Office 2003-2007, windows XP, server 2003.

Good communication skills

Able to work under pressure

Positive Attitude

A+

N+

MCDST and MCP

HP Product experience

Minimum two years support experience on Windows Desktop/Laptop environments.

Any server experience will advantageous
