Our client is searching for a suitable individual to fulfill the role of a senior legal counsel. The purpose of this role is to provide quality service for the Legal function that fulfils a statutory, reporting and legal advisory service to all business units within the company in accordance with business requirements as well as advise on business direction based on legal risk management interpretation.

 

Specific requirements include:

• LLB or similar legal qualification
• Admitted attorney an advantage
• 5 years Institutional Investment experience
• A RPL (recognition of prior learning) process may be considered for this role in conjunction with minimum qualifications
