My client, a leading Immigration company, seeks a skilled Geman speaking Administrator to join their team.

No Immigration experience required. Training will be provided.

Duties: 

A.)  Correspondence and Communications with Clients

  1. Liaison with Client Manager in terms of client handover and information required.
  2. Introductory phone call to client advising of process and enquiring as to other services.
  3. Update CMS as required
  4. Phone and email communication as necessary with client during process.
  5. Email update to client after 30 days of submission
  6. Weekly update after 30 days on Fridays

 

B) Administration of your Client Base

  1. Maintain client list on a daily basis updating  communication had with client
  2. Weekly list of second payments to Financial Manager every Friday.
  3. Compilation of all necessary applications
  4. Ordering of translations
  5. Ordering of police clearances
  6. Photocopying/ scanning as required
  7. Arranging of necessary appointments (i.e Medical, Radiological and Notary if required)
  8. Maintain physical files
  9. Prepare updates upon request via CMS
  10. Move scanned permits to clients folder
  11. Maintain the Courier/translations lists – make sure that all relevant information is completed accordingly

 

C) Meetings

1. Weekly Team Meeting & Admin Forum report on:

2. Weekly meeting with Immigration Practitioner

 

D) Performance

1.  Weekly 1 on 1 with Supervisor

2. Quarterly performance appraisals

 

E) Managing your Junior’s Responsibilities, if applicable

 

  1. Maintain client list on a daily basis updating  communication had with client
