DUTIES:        

 Handling all vessels from start to finish
 Checking of SOB requests/MC’s
 Sending off SOB/Arrival Notification Advices
 Amendments to manifest
 Transshipment bookings not really
 Submission of manifest to Customs and Portnet
 Submission of discharge/rail list/Transship List
 Charging out files and invoicing
 Release of shipments (upon receipt of relevant documentation)
 Passing of over stay’s and recovery of demurrage
 Monitoring of long standing at terminal
 Framing of CTO’s not really
 Arranging transport
 Carrier Haulage
 Submission of CDO
 Acquittals
 Monitoring of Empties not turned in
 Queries
 Filing
