A leading consulting management company is looking to recruit an Implementation Practitioner.


Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading work stream specific activities.
- Responsible for maintenance of the work stream plan.
- Contribute to the development of the Implementation Service line.
- Set up manage support function covering planning, Tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.
- Produce consolidated reporting including milestone summery.

Key issues, risks and benefits

- Establish standards, tools and procedures for use  on the project.
- Undertaking project and work stream health checks and project assurance audits.
- Support and coordinate internal and external parties to deliver the solution within the required timeframe for the client.
- Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.

Requirements:

Qualification

- University degree.
- Recognised certification and/ or experience in Project Management, process transformation or change management an advantage.
- 3-5 years industry experience.

Knowledge and skills

• Proven track record in any of the following:
- Participated in full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
- Conducted complex and critical client interviews and facilitated client workshops.
- Managed or worked in a Programme Management Office.
- Audited projects across multiple industry sectors.
- Experience of using MS Project and other project management tools and techniques.

General profile

- Strong project experience in team or leadership role.
- Strong proven client management skills.
- Proven report writing, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable and experienced in managing ambiguity and operating in a self directed manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills including evidence of strong team working skills.
- Proven ability to manage several tasks concurrently.
- Self starter, strong sense of initiative.
- Able to work overtime and meet travel requirements.
