The People Capability Manager is responsible for managing and developing talent, building people capability, fostering engagement and leading organisational effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity with a renowned icon brand.
We are looking for an individual with the following:
- Relevant HR tertiary qualification
- At least 3 years’ HR Generalist experience, otherwise 5 years specialist experienceÂ
- Sound understanding of Labour and Health and Safety legislation, with a proven track record in industrial relations
- Strong people development acumen (training and coaching)
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation/presentation experience
