Qualifications and experience:

• Matric
• HR degree or Diploma
• Experience / track record that is deemed to negate this requirement
• Minimum three years working experience in this area of education, training and development including co ordination experience

• Ability to communicate in a professional, business-like manner
• Ability to negotiate and manage relationships
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
