Our client, an established financial accounting and auditing firm, is in search of a Company Secretarial Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Forming & deregistration of CC's and Companies
- Appointing and resigning directors, members, auditors and accounting officers
- Allotment and transfers of shares
- Preparations of special resolutions, minutes and notices
- Updating of statutory records and secretarial programs
Requirements:
- Matric
- A completed or partially completed CIS qualification
- 5 Years relevant experience
- Working knowledge of CC and Company Acts
- Previous working knowledge of ACCFIN
- Bilingual
