SALES CALL CENTRE AGENT PERM

  • Must have sold short term insurance
  • Previous Sales skills of 1 to 2 years for entry level or 3 to 5 years plus for senior sales level 
  • Professional telephone etiquette  

 

For FAIS purposes, additional requirements are as follows – a SAQA recognized NQF Level 4 skills programme consisting of a minimum of 30 credits to satisfy Fit and Proper Requirements and in order to be registered as a representative of a Financial Services Provider.

 

Candidates must have at least 1 year’s insurance experience, which could have been obtained in an administration capacity or as an insurance advisor or broker.
