MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

University Degree/College Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
5 years’ experience as a Sous-Chef

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintenance of high food quality and Hygiene  
Effective management of running costs.
Planning and costing of all menus
Reviewing existing kitchen teams and identify solutions to restaurant problems
Continuously train cooks and support staff
Train chefs/cooks in healthier cooking methods
Refresh our menus and add healthy options
Complete a realistic, formatted recipe data base
Write reports as needed
Supervise cooks and support staff
