A large landscaping company is looking for an Area Manager who will report to the Divisional Manager.

Minimum Requirements:
-  Have minimum 3 years working experience in the industry
-  Have a valid unendorsed driver's license
-  Financial experience
-  Fully computer literate
-  Well organised
-  Able to motivate staff
-  Able to control contract finances
-  Problem solving ability
-  Have a passion for the turf and landscaping industry

Key Responsibilities:
-  Client Liaison
-  Employee Management
-  Occupational Health and Safety
-  Management of Company assets / machinery
-  Administration of claims, casual wages etc
-  Quality control
-  Maintenance installations
-  Asset / Fleet Management
-  Budgets and financials
-  Industrial Relations
-  Financial Control (debits, invoices, timely payments from client)
