Our client is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team.

 

 

KEY RESULT AREAS

 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

 

Capturing timesheets
Arranging accommodation and flights
Vehicle rental
Visa application, police clearances and RAPS
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
Arranging HUET training
Any adhoc task required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Grade 12/Matric

Previous organising Police clearances and visas.
Worked in an Office as PA.

Atleast 2 years’ experience in a similar role

 

 

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

 

• Telephone Etiquette

• Organized

• Able to prioritize

• Computer Literate

• Mature

• Good planning skills

• Report writing skills
