What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day administration of the Transfer Agency Function. You'll manage team output, resolve operational issues, and ensure adherence to standards and SLAs. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll develop and maintain efficient processes while balancing various responsibilities, from project management to financial reporting. Your innovative approach and problem-solving skills will drive operational efficiency forward, ensuring clients receive exceptional service.

What you'll need
To qualify for this opportunity you need a completed degree in Finance, along with at least 5 years of investor services/transfer agency operations experience. Proficiency in Excel and transfer agency software is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
