The position requires the candidate to work actively within a team but also independently. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming work is seen to timeously and any pending work is followed up on effectively and finalised. Responsibilities include communication regarding instructions received and building relationships with internal stakeholders and Scheme Advisers, Employers and Payroll Administrators.
o New business setup and amendments of Fund Schemes and Special Rules.
o Payroll Administrator Training.
o Monitoring of Regular Contribution and Member records in line with legislative requirements.
o Day to day queries received from the BDM, Scheme Adviser or Employer.
o Ensuring Scheme setup and amendments are correct and in-line with legislation as well as Employer setup for staff.
Desired Skills:
