About the position

A dynamic manufacturer and distributor based in Boksburg is looking to employ an Internal Sales Representative with 2 – 6 years’ experience in a similar role.
Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Valid Driver’s license and own vehicle
• Computer literate in MS Office & Pastel as well as other CRM systems
• 2 – 6 years’ experience as an Internal Sales Representative
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills
• Candidates must have experience in the following industries: Manufacturing, Mining and Engineering
• Understanding customer needs
• Following up on leads and closing sales
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Calling up new and existing clients
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
• Upselling products and services
