Modderfontein - Leading Pet Food manufacturer in the East Rand, with a national footprint is seeking an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their growing and thriving team.

As an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator, you’ll be at the epicenter of our operations. Your role extends beyond spreadsheets and invoices; it’s about orchestrating seamless transactions, building relationships, and ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of an organization’s sales activities. Below are a list of key responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator:

  • Managing Schedules and Communication:
    • Assisting the sales team by managing schedules, ensuring timely appointments, and coordinating meetings.
    • Communicating relevant information within the sales team and across departments.
    • Clear understanding of creating invoices (picking slips and sales invoices)
    • Updating of all client details

  • Sales Material and Equipment:

    • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
    • Keeping an inventory of sales materials.

  • Customer Interaction and Support:

    • Liaising with customers to understand their needs and address inquiries.
    • Providing after-sales support when requested.
    • Handling complaints and all queries from customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Switchboard support

  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective deliveries to clients.



Remember, a successful Sales Coordinator needs to be organized, adaptable, and focused on achieving sales goals while maintaining excellent customer relationships. 

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar position
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and courteous
  • Attention to Detail: Invoices, client data, and deadlines.
  • Matric

Key Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment
  • Proficient within Microsoft Office, and Excel
  • Sage Evolution (Advantageous)
  • Excellent Communication
  • Strong attention to detail

 Remuneration: R15 000 - R18 000
