About the position

Internal Sales Consultant

We are looking for a confident go getter individual who has loads of ambition!

The Company: A privately owned business, established in 1997. Over the years, innovation and product development has seen the business expand its product offering to include a wide range of retail and POS solutions.

The Position: We're looking for an Internal Sales Consultant with knowledge in Cost Estimations. The pay range on offer is R15 000.00 to R20 000.00 Package Per Month + Benefits.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Work under pressure and very tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Technical understanding (must be able to interpret Technical Drawings)
  • 3+ years in an estimation role
  • Working knowledge of Pastel Accounting - essential

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing new cost estimations for fabrication of items on Pastel system (includes steel / acrylic / purchased buy-outs / powder coating)
  • Updating existing cost estimations on Pastel system (includes steel / acrylic / purchased buy-outs / powder coating)
  • Confirming & comparing of materials physically used vs cost estimations
  • Manufacture fabrication of items on Pastel system accurately
  • Overview of administration functions including quotations / filing / etc.
