About the position

As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Sell insurance products telephonically to potential policyholders by reading from an approved script.
- Utilize a call center dialer to manage lead follow-up.
- Strive to achieve insurance policy sales and campaign targets.
- Assist policyholders with policy administration.
- Follow up on policyholders who have not paid their premiums.
- Ensure excellent customer service and fair treatment of policyholders.
- Adherence to quality, training, and compliance processes.
- Accurately recording policy sales and maintaining policyholder information.
Requirements:
- 2 years of call center experience.
- 2 years of insurance sales/financial services experience.
- Grade 12.
- ?Advantageous - Sales and Marketing degree or diploma, FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5).
