About the position

Our client in the Insurance Industry has an opportunity for a Broker to join their organisation. This is very much a client facing role and the suitable candidate will be on the road travelling ot do face-to-face sales with potential clients.
Salary:
Retainer of R29600,00 that will gradually reduce over a 36 months plus commission. 

Role Overview

• The incumbent of this position will be responsible for growing and developing the business insurance portfolio by building a book of short-term insurance.
• The individual will sell personal lines and Commercial lines by prospecting and canvassing for new business sales.

Requirements:

• Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Valid code B driver’s license
• 3 years of external sales experience in a face-to-face selling environment
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, relationship management and opening doors

Should you have previous experience as a FAIS representative the following is non-negotiable:

• FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Dofa)
• RE5 (depending on Dofa)
