Candidate Requirements
- 7 years experience
- Document and review problem records
- Review and update standby roster
- Review and log demand list for ops improvements
- Service review
- Capacity planning
- OEM support report
- Schedule and chair CAB
- Prepare Weekly Ops Report for Weekly Ops meeting
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure that operational performance targets are adhered to
- Strong understanding of IT FSM service management processes and ITIL best practices
- In-depth knowledge of IFS IT Service Management Suite and its modules
- Good understanding with IT operations, including IT infrastructure, networking, and security
- Understanding of compliance and governance requirements, such as data privacy, security, and auditing.
