About the position

Our client is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join their team in Centurion.
This is a permanent half day and office based position.

Main functions:

• Recruitment process expertise.
• New staff onboarding, training, maintaining company culture.
• Ensure all policies are in place and contracts are followed up with and signed.
• POPI Act legislation and compliance.
• Manage HR staff concerns such as disciplinary actions and labour matters.
• Knowledge of-, compliance- and management of safe working environment.
• Travel Arrangements as and when required.

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate.
• Degree / Tertiary qualification.
• Minimum 2 years POST qualification experience in HR.
• Experience handling CCMA cases is desired.
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, honest, well presented and have excellent English communication skills.
• Afrikaans speaking will be advantageous.

A market related basic salary will be offered.
