About the position

Job Title: HR Officer - Mining - Limpopo

Location: Limpopo, South Africa


Job Type: Full-time


Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for the mining operations in Limpopo
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR data
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related issues
• Conduct training and development programs to help improve employee skills and performance
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures
• Support performance management programs and conduct performance reviews
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the mining industry
• Knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
