About the position

RFG is looking for an Independent HR officer to join their team. Reporting to the HR Manager, your main responsibilities will be to provide clerical & administrative support to the HR Department

Responsibilities:

• Prepare job adverts as specified on the Employment Requisition form and advertise on internal and external platforms.
• Liaise with recruitment companies on external vacancies.
• Make appointments with candidates and interview panel for interview.
• Complete all necessary onboarding documentation for all new recruits.
• Administer all necessary processes for the intake of graduates and interns.
• Ensure all training records are accurate and captured correctly.
• Ensure all Grant payments are received timeously.
• Co-ordinate all training i.e., Payments, times, dates & travel arrangements if necessary.
• Attend disciplinary enquiries and ensure all minutes are captured accurately.
• Ensure all job descriptions are updated and signed off by employees and managers and filed accordingly.
• To administer provident and pension fund queries.
• Ensure all medical aid applications and queries are administered timeously.
• To administer and update personnel files.
• To assist with wage administration as and when required.
• To assist the HR department with ad hoc duties such as staff functions and staff welfare.
• Ensure that all HR expenses are processed accurately and timeously.
• Prepare necessary HR reports assigned ie. Daily Absenteeism, Disciplinary and Training

Qualification

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences

Experience:

• Computer literacy (MS Office)

• Minimum of 2-3 years HR experience
