JOB PURPOSE
To unlock value for Clients and to Provide Strategic leadership in repositioning the Company Property portfolio (direct and indirect assets) and related investment vehicles to generate commercial returns whilst impacting on the socio -economic landscape as part of the developmental mandate of the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Skills:

• experience within the Property Investment Industry
• Facilities Management experience
• Knowledge of Property Asset Management Property Law Property Development Property Acquisition & Disposal Accounting and performance calculation
• Strategic Leadership
• Strategic Vision

Desired Work Experience:

• More than 10 years

Desired Qualification Level:

• Honours
