Requirements:
- Admitted Attorney (completed articles).
- 1 – 2 years post articles experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial environment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial; contracts, intellectual property, data protection and risk management principles.
- Experience managing a team of legal and risk professionals is desirable.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Develop and implement legal and risk management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards.
- Provide legal and risk management advice and support to senior management and other stakeholders on a wide range of legal and risk issues, including commercial contracts, intellectual property, and data protection.
- Manage and oversee all legal and risk aspects of the company's operations, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution and litigation.
- Work closely with external legal counsel and risk management advisors to manage legal and risk exposures and ensure the company's interests are protected.
- Keep abreast of legal and risk management developments and trends that may impact the company and advise on appropriate action.
- Manage and mentor a team of legal and risk management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
