As the Head of Human Resources, successful incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the team of growing talented professionals. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture that aligns with the core values while driving organizational growth and efficiency. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational prowess and a passion for employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement HR strategies that align with diverse international laws and cultural contexts, upholding core values and support business objectives.
Work closely with international business leaders to understand and support HR operational solutions, ensuring standard systems and processes are applied and responsibilities are owned.
Stepping in as the trusted Advisor for all HR related enquiries by providing daily guidance and support to management and staff across various global locations.
Conduct surveys, analyze results, establish metrics by tracking KPI's to inform strategic decisions and propose action plans to address areas of improvement in order to drive performance and objectives.
Strengthen and maintain company culture and employee engagement. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies, procedures and when applicable resolve mediate and resolve employee relations issues in a multicultural and diverse legal environment.
Monitor and enhance workforce and succession planning globally.
Identify talent needs and develop plans for recruitment, retention and success planning. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and development plans through mentorship, coaching and career development initiatives. Identify and implement training needs tailored to international teams.
