About the position
PURPOSE The main purpose of this position is to drive and deliver through effective engagement, investing in human capital and smart technology, professionally manage Organisation's Educare Centre (3months to 5-year-old) throughout the year. Ensure a safe, secure, and controlled environment by protecting the Organisation's employees, visitors, students, premises, and other assets from internal or external threats, both malicious and accidental, refurbishments and managing the space in these premises on an ongoing basis within the Organisation's structures. Successfully formulate a work environment that values and develops its employees within structures and composition of the Organisation's, inspiring, transforming, treating everyone fairly/objectively with respect and dignity within high standard and quality of Organisation's ethos. Define the continuous improvement strategy, strategic functions required to provide strategic, logistical and operations direction, guidance, and support, partnering strategically with diverse staff, parents, suppliers, students, unions, and community stakeholders to formulate, implement and evaluate plans to guide the Educare in achieving its strategic goals. Ensure and oversee that Educare is compliant with stringent requirements from Department of Social Development (DSD) is met. Effectively manage cost under P&S management, monitor / track progress on all projects managed to ensure projects achieve their objectives and deliverables. These activities are performed under the direction of the Director P&S: Estates and Custodian and in consultation with parent KEY AREAS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE SKILLS KNOWLEDGE PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION OR LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
