Complete marketing responsibilities for the group
Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the group
Attract potential customers and retain existing customers
Manage the marketing budgets and report on allocated spend

Strong academic background with a related Bachelor's degree
Min 10 years marketing & strategy experience, preferably from the motor or retail industry
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Above average understanding of digital platform development and integration
Excellent communication skills
Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency
Commercial awareness
Discretion working with different stakeholders
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Marketing strategy direction
Custodian of company digital assets
Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department
Implement strategy
Promote a business, product, or service
Ensure the company is communicating the right external messages linked to the brand strategy
