Group Finance Manager

About the position

Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years' post article experience in the financial management and accounting environment with specific experience in budgeting, reporting forecasting and consolidation, required to assist and provide administrative and financial support to the Group Finance Support Manager and Group Companies.

Minimum requirements:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Comm Finance Degree
• 3-5 years post Article experience in the financial management and accounting environment essential
• Specific experience in Budgeting, Reporting, Analysis, Forecasting and Consolidation required
• High level of Excel proficiency essential
• Clear Crim and credit record essential

Responsibilities:

• Assist and provide administrative and financial support to the Group Finance Support Manager and Group Companies
• Prepare, develop and implement divisional plans, policies, procedures and obectives
• Coordinate budget processes and reporting
• Support month-end and year-end closings
• Manage statutory reporting
• Finance & Accounting
• Reporting
• Budgeting
• Strategy planning and meetings
• Support Group Finance Support Manager re J-SOX, internal control, internal audit monitoring, treasury, hedging, credit and AR, contract reviews for risk where required
