About the position

General Information - Global Company, based in Kzn

• Working hours - Shift Pattern
• Location - Umhlanga
• 8am - 10pm SAST (Rotational)
• Monday - Sunday (Required to work 5 days and 2 days off)
• Function - Customer Services

Salary Breakdown

• Annual salary - R288 000
• Transport allowance
• Medical Insurance (for you and 2 dependents)
• Pension contribution
• Night shift allowance
• 10% added for all hours worked between 6pm - 6am

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of Grade 12 / Matric
• Call center experience / customer service experience
• Minimum B2 German Language level

Job role:
Providing exceptional customer experiences, primarily through Inbound Calls.
Dealing with product orders, payments, missing orders, product information requests and recommendations. Even though this is a customer focused role, you will be required to actively working towards performance-based targets.
