Fitment Centre Manager at PG Group

About the position

• Lead the entire operation of the Fitment Centre, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic initiatives.
• Drive sales revenue and maximize opportunities through effective customer base management and expense control.
• Foster a culture of trust, communication, and teamwork to achieve business KPIs.
• Ensure outstanding customer service through staff empowerment and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with business practices and procedures to mitigate risk and reduce stock loss.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to remain at the forefront of the industry.
• Manage and mentor staff through talent management and performance evaluation processes.

Desired Experience Qualification Critical Requirements: Qualifications: Grade 12, B Com Degree (Management), General Management 5 Diploma (essential for internal candidates). Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, company policies and procedures, people management practices, and extensive knowledge of PG Glass products. Skills: Strong budgeting, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Experience with SAP, CRM, ERP, DPS, upsell techniques, objection management, and basic financial reporting and analysis. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in general management duties. Interested?
