Requirement Overview

To oversee Financial Surveillance related duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

Internal Clients

• Maintain relationships with Retail network and Back Office with regards to Finsurv.
• Provide feedback to the branches timeously.
  External Clients
• Process external queries from clients or companies regarding Finsurv.
• Maintain relationships with the SARB on a primary level.
• Manage all FRS (Finsurv Reporting System) reporting to ensure that it is timeous and correct.
• Report any rejections or corrections from the Branches and Back Office via GPO, EVO and Opics to SARB.
• IVS (Import verification System) oversee/monitor all reconciliations and submissions to reserve bank from branch and back-office level.
• Balancing module daily checks to see transaction counts balance.
  Criteria:
• Oversee and assist with the compilation and submission of timeous Finsurv applications.
• Manage the exception reporting from SARB for single discretionary allowance, investment allowance, religious transfers
• Facilitate Emigration processes
• Guide Back Office and branches with payments to ensure that they are made in terms of the rulings.
• Provide timeous feedback to the SARB on the Off-Site reports.
