About the position
Purpose of role:
The Partner Assistant is required to support the Financial Planning Partner Team in providing high levels of client services to private clients, and some pension funds.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry
- FAIS and FICA knowledge
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits will be advantageous
Competencies
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, XPlan, Astute preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizing and planning ability
- Deadline driven
- Proactive & resourceful
- Resilient under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Methodical, accurate, and detail conscious

Qualifications and Experience
- Qualification in financial planning or a relevant tertiary degree
- 1 to 2 years working in administration or support within a financial service advice-led company
