About the position
Our client in the property industry is looking for a Reporting Financial Manager, to work together with other financial managers, broader finance and operations teams to produce all group reporting (internal & external)
JOB SEPCIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Job Knowledge:
- Knowledge of financial statement preparation (Essential)
- Knowledge of IFRS (Essential)
- Knowledge of consolidation workings (Essential)
- Knowledge of SQL (Desirable)
- Knowledge of REITS and Section 13 of the JSE Listings Requirements (Desirable)
- Knowledge of accounting structures & procedures (Desirable)
- Knowledge of corporate governance and companies act legislation (Desirable)
Job Related Skills:
- Highly efficient user of EXCEL (Essential)
- Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, Financial systems) (Essential)
