Job Title: Divisional Financial Manager | Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Salary: Up to R80,000 per month

Job Purpose: The Divisional Financial Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of management accounts, statutory compliance, and payroll matters. This position entails overseeing financial operations, managing a team effectively, and ensuring deadlines are met to maintain high standards of performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure tax and statutory compliance for all entities within the division.
- Preparation and submission of VAT (VAT201) and employee taxes (EMP201) in a timely manner.
- Resolve SARS/tax-related queries and ensure all submissions are accurate and complete.
- Manage accounts receivables/invoicing processes and ensure timely payments from customers.
- Oversee the payroll management process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate annual/quarterly audits and ensure adherence to audit requirements.
- Supervise back-office operations, including fixed asset management and facility supervision.
- Lead the team in maintaining the Sage ESS system and ensuring its effective operation.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, aligning with Solugrowth's vision and mission.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with Honours.
- Articles (CA (SA)/CIMA preferred).
- Relevant experience in managing a team, preferably in a financial management role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of two years of experience in the audit field or in a business post-articles role.
