Requires the services of a reliable Financial Manager, that will analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans to join their Dynamic Team.

Role: Financial Manager
Location: Phoenix Industrial Park

Purpose of this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning.
By analyzing day-to-day financial activities with precision, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to upper management.

Requirements:

• Matric 
• Tertiary Education
• Min 10 years experience 
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Proficient user of finance software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations

Role and Responsibility:

• Oversight of Creditors Payments; checking of documents before processing payments
• Receipting of Debtors
• Preparation of Debtors Age Analysis
• Providing Information to Directors for Daily Bank Recons
• Working with Creditors System; General Ledger, and preparing Trial Balance.
• SARS VAT submissions
• Working with HR dept for processing PAYE payments
• Banking on the ABSA system
• Working with imports, VAT calculations; Costings of imported goods
• Liasing with Bank, complying with SARB requirements, and completion of documents required to process overseas payments
• Coordinating (with the assistance of Group finance) Financial Audit
• Coordinating (with the assistance of Group HR) BEE Audit
• Attending to SARS queries
• Attending to Bank Queries regarding Invoice Discounting Facility (In coordination with Sales / Debtors Team).
• Cash Flow Planning work, in conjunction with Director.
• All other related duties
